Refund Policy — Singa Silks At Singa Silks, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer refunds under the following conditions: 1. Eligibility for Refunds Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Refunds are only applicable for regular-priced items. Sale items, custom orders, or tailored products are non-refundable, unless defective. If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
